PMC Big Hit at SPFA 2016!

LAKEWOOD, NJ – February 29, 2016Polyurethane Machinery Corporation (PMC) knocked it out of the park this year at the 2016 SPFA convention in Orlando, Florida! Positioned as a key premier sponsor, PMC enjoyed the convention’s record-breaking attendance and the opportunity to showcase an array of amazing new products.

The impeccably designed exhibit booth set the stage for customers to enjoy a hands on experience with the PMC sales team, technical support team and top executives. It created the perfect environment to present all of PMC’s services and unveil their industry-changing product introductions.

PMC’s new products include the AP-EX Extended Reach Spray System. This patent-pending system will revolutionize the sprayfoam spraying process.  It minimizes the use of ladders and scaffolding and gets the user on and off the job, SAFER and FASTER. It allows the contractor to spray a 10 foot wall in no time, get inside rim joists safely and eliminates blow back onto the operator’s face shield and body. It truly is essential for any sprayfoam job.

Another game-changer is PMC’s introduction of a Third Stream Pump for their “Classic” series. They have partnered with Honeywell and developed a system to process third component gas and liquid blowing agents. This new feature will extend the spray season by improving spray on cold substrates, improving foam adhesion, improving yield and it is versatile enough to introduce color to the Polyol Pump.

In addition, the PMC team was on-hand to show customers a new size of ½” Low Pressure and High Pressure Heated hoses. These are available without TC, with TC and also with the new RTD cable. Also available now are standard 3/8” Low Pressure and High Pressure hoses with an RTD communications cable. Most importantly – this means replacing without disconnecting; AND all these new offerings are compatible with competitive units.

All in all, the show was a resounding success. PMC’s President Mike Kolibas stated “We are very happy with the attendance at SPFA and the opportunity we had to showcase our newest products and services. We are looking forward to another year of significant growth and will continue to dedicate our efforts in providing a superior experience for our customers”.

PMC Announces New Street Name

LAKEWOOD, NJ – November 26, 2013 –Polyurethane Machinery Corp. (PMC) Inc. formally announces a new mailing address based on a change in their street name. Effective immediately, PMC’s address for their Worldwide Headquarters and Production Facilities is now One Komo Drive and Two Komo Drive, Lakewood, NJ 08701 respectively.

While the previous street name, Gusmer Drive, was originally intended to recognize Fred Gusmer, a person well known as a pioneer and innovator of polyurethane processing equipment, the street has long been identified as the location of the company he founded in that industry, Gusmer Corporation.

In an effort to put to rest confusion between PMC, a current industry leading manufacturer of polyurethane processing equipment and the no longer in operation Gusmer Corporation, PMC recently petitioned the town of Lakewood, NJ for a name change of the street where they and their sister company, KOMO Machine, Inc. are located. They are pleased to announce that the change request was granted.

Please note that this is merely a change in the street name. PMC’s physical location remains the same, as does their commitment to the local community and economy.
