SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER
Polyurethane Machinery Corporation (PMC), a leader in the spray foam equipment industry, is excited to announce the search for a Sales Account Manager to join our team.

We are seeking a motivated candidate with a background in machinery or industrial equipment sales to join our dynamic team. The individual will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of sales processes, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Ideal candidates will be located within commuting distance of our Lakewood, NJ factory. Remote or hybrid candidates with a strong background in technical sales roles will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and market insights for management review.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Coordinate with the Director of Sales to identify account growth potential
- Conduct warm calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate leads.
- Utilize a CRM to manage accounts, track sales activities, and report on performance metrics.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
- Negotiate deals while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
- Anticipate up to 25% travel associated with customer support and business relationship development
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on insights.
- Proven experience in OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) business development or account management within a sales environment.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Effective negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Full Time: 8 hour shift Monday-Friday.
Salary: $60,000-$75,000 plus commission.
